Returns Eligibility

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Request a return through our Returns Portal
  2. Pack items securely with original packaging
  3. Attach the prepaid label (NZ only)
  4. Drop off at any NZ Post location

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Original payment method only
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty item)

Exchanges

  • Size/color swaps free for in-stock items
  • Faulty items: Include photos of defects
  • Wrong item received: Use our Exchange Form

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear & swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Final sale (clearly marked at purchase)

International Returns

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Duties/taxes non-refundable
  • Return address: Provided upon request

Faulty or Damaged Items

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Submit photos of damage
  3. Free return shipping for replacements
